About Me
My name is Loïc. After living in the UK for 10 years, I’m now back in France.
I’m IT engineer, this website was created to share information about Health, Sustainability, and Art.
Personal History
Having experienced a serious health issue, I developed a strong interest in improving my health and overall well-being, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic while living in the United Kingdom.
I completed First Aid training. I am not a medical expert, but I wanted to share “Advice” and “Resources”, mainly because doing so is proactive and beneficial for everyone.
There is so much to do everywhere.
