P\u00e5 fransk siger vi <strong>&#8220;BA&#8221;<\/strong> eller <strong>&#8220;Bonne Action&#8221;<\/strong>. At g\u00f8re en BA betyder at udf\u00f8re <strong>&#8220;Une bonne action&#8221;<\/strong> (&#8220;en god gerning&#8221;). Det er et udtryk, vi nogle gange bruger, for eksempel: <em>&#8220;Dette er min gode gerning i dag.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<p>Som man siger, hvis alle gjorde en god gerning overalt, ville verden v\u00e6re meget bedre, end den er i dag. Jeg siger &#8220;mennesker&#8221;, men nogle gange kan selv simple handlinger som god borgeradf\u00e6rd v\u00e6re til hj\u00e6lp for alle.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Hjemmesiden <strong>CaCommenceParMoi.org<\/strong> giver id\u00e9er til, hvordan vi kan hj\u00e6lpe b\u00e5de mennesker og planeten \u2013 for eksempel noget s\u00e5 simpelt som &#8220;Saml et stykke affald op fra den offentlige gangsti og smid det i en skraldespand hver dag.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Andre m\u00e5der at hj\u00e6lpe p\u00e5 er at donere blod til hospitaler, som altid har stort behov for blod, men som ofte overses. I Storbritannien er <strong><a class=\"\" href=\"http:\/\/www.DoIt.life\">www.DoIt.life<\/a><\/strong> en god hjemmeside for frivilligt arbejde og velg\u00f8renhed.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Andre eksempler er at bruge din tid p\u00e5 <strong>RNIB (Royal National Institute for Blind People)<\/strong> eller hj\u00e6lpe med at tr\u00e6ne <strong>f\u00f8rerhunde til blinde<\/strong>. Disse aktiviteter er en win-win-situation: de gavner velg\u00f8renhedsorganisationen og giver dig samtidig mulighed for at f\u00e5 nye venner og m\u00f8de andre mennesker.<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">David Servan-Schreiber n\u00e6vner i sin bog <em>Anticancer<\/em>:<\/h3>\n\n\n<p>En m\u00e5de at reducere risikoen for kr\u00e6ft p\u00e5 er at:<br><em>&#8220;Engagere dig: Find ud af, hvordan du bedst kan give noget tilbage til dit lokale samfund, og g\u00f8r det s\u00e5.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<p>Dette er ikke kun meget gavnligt for vores eget hum\u00f8r, men ogs\u00e5 for andre.
