Metaforicky \u0159e\u010deno: kdy\u017e se nud\u00edme, m\u016f\u017eeme \u201evid\u011bt sami sebe v zrcadle\u201c, co\u017e je podle n\u011bkter\u00fdch autor\u016f velmi d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd, mo\u017en\u00e1 dokonce z\u00e1sadn\u00ed moment. D\u00e1v\u00e1 n\u00e1m to p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitost l\u00e9pe poznat sami sebe a to, k\u00fdm skute\u010dn\u011b jsme.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Kdy\u017e si nikdy nedovol\u00edme se nudit, hroz\u00ed, \u017ee se mezi na\u0161\u00edm vnit\u0159n\u00edm a vn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm obrazem sebe sama vytvo\u0159\u00ed propast.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Jin\u00fdmi slovy, je to jako by na\u0161e \u201eego\u201c v\u00fdrazn\u011b rostlo, ani\u017e bychom si toho byli v\u011bdomi. N\u00e1\u0161 vlastn\u00ed obraz o sob\u011b bude dobr\u00fd, kr\u00e1sn\u00fd, siln\u00fd; ale najednou si v na\u0161em kontextu, v na\u0161em sv\u011bt\u011b, m\u016f\u017eeme uv\u011bdomit, \u017ee navenek nejsme tak \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00ed, jak si mysl\u00edme.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Kdy\u017e si uv\u011bdom\u00edme rozpor mezi t\u011bmito dv\u011bma obrazy sebe sama, m\u016f\u017ee to b\u00fdt jako dostat k\u00fdbl studen\u00e9 vody.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Je to okam\u017eik, kdy se m\u016f\u017eeme c\u00edtit \u00fapln\u011b sami&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Jsme zcela ztraceni, m\u00e1me pot\u00ed\u017ee milovat sami sebe a pak tak\u00e9 milovat ostatn\u00ed lidi. C\u00edtit se osam\u011bl\u00fd znamen\u00e1 b\u00fdt \u201ezcela osam\u011bl\u00fd\u201c. Jako p\u0159\u00edklad lze uv\u00e9st, \u017ee to m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt jako b\u00fdt po dlouhou dobu v temn\u00e9m prostoru (i kdy\u017e m\u00e1me kolem sebe p\u0159\u00e1tele nebo rodinu). Film <em>Passengers<\/em> ukazuje sc\u00e9nu, ve kter\u00e9 hlavn\u00ed postava vych\u00e1z\u00ed ven z kosmick\u00e9 lodi, aby se pod\u00edvala na hv\u011bzdy. Film <em>The Fountain<\/em> ukazuje postavu, kter\u00e1 medituje\/praktikuje mindfulness v paraleln\u00edm sv\u011bt\u011b. Kdy\u017e vid\u00edme tyto dv\u011b r\u016fzn\u00e9 sc\u00e9ny a filmy, pom\u00e1h\u00e1 n\u00e1m to m\u00edt tyto momenty na pam\u011bti pro p\u0159\u00edpad, \u017ee bychom jednoho dne za\u017eili depresi.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Je to okam\u017eik, kdy mus\u00edme hledat pomoc u na\u0161ich l\u00e9ka\u0159\u016f a rodiny; je to velmi d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9. Proto\u017ee m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt velmi obt\u00ed\u017en\u00e9 se z tohoto temn\u00e9ho prostoru, paraleln\u00edho sv\u011bta\/realita, dostat zp\u011bt sami. V minulosti existoval n\u00e1zev pro depresivn\u00ed poruchu: naz\u00fdvala se <em>maniodepresivn\u00ed<\/em>, co\u017e znamenalo, \u017ee se deprese opakuje a je obt\u00ed\u017en\u00e9 se z n\u00ed dostat.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>\u0158\u00edk\u00e1me, a je to naprost\u00e1 pravda, \u017ee:<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\"><strong>\u201ePamatuj, \u017ee v\u017edycky jsou pobl\u00ed\u017e lid\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed t\u011b miluj\u00ed.\u201c<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n<p>Zd\u00e1 se to jako jednoduch\u00fd n\u00e1pad, ale kdy\u017e se nach\u00e1z\u00edme v tomto pr\u00e1zdn\u00e9m temn\u00e9m prostoru, jak ji\u017e bylo vysv\u011btleno, je to okam\u017eik v na\u0161em \u017eivot\u011b, kdy na to m\u016f\u017eeme \u00fapln\u011b zapomenout.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Obvykle si mysl\u00edme, \u017ee n\u00e1s nikdo nemiluje, jako by se o n\u00e1s nikdo nezaj\u00edmal. Ale to nen\u00ed pravda; to nen\u00ed mo\u017en\u00e9. Kdy\u017e se na to pod\u00edv\u00e1me z v\u00edce \u00fahl\u016f, uv\u011bdom\u00edme si, \u017ee to nen\u00ed realita. V\u017edycky jsou lid\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed n\u00e1s miluj\u00ed. Je to psychicky obt\u00ed\u017en\u00e9, proto\u017ee na\u0161e mysl neust\u00e1le kol\u00eds\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Tento dojem vznik\u00e1 proto, \u017ee ka\u017ed\u00fd m\u00e1 sv\u016fj vlastn\u00ed ru\u0161n\u00fd \u017eivot a probl\u00e9my. Ale pro n\u00e1s je to \u00fapln\u011b stejn\u00e9; kdy\u017e se nad t\u00edm zamysl\u00edte, kdy\u017e se c\u00edt\u00edte dob\u0159e a jste zanepr\u00e1zdn\u011bni sv\u00fdm \u017eivotem, jste tak\u00e9 zanepr\u00e1zdn\u011bni v\u0161\u00edm ostatn\u00edm, a to neznamen\u00e1, \u017ee nemilujete lidi.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Kdy\u017e p\u0159ekon\u00e1me toto obdob\u00ed deprese, uv\u011bdom\u00edme si, \u017ee se v\u011bci vrac\u00ed do norm\u00e1lu. Stejn\u011b jako v minulosti se na\u0161e vztahy s rodinou a p\u0159\u00e1teli po cel\u00e9m sv\u011bt\u011b vrac\u00ed do norm\u00e1lu.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Kdy\u017e jsme v depresi, nikdy to nen\u00ed probl\u00e9m l\u00e1sky mezi v\u00e1mi a va\u0161imi p\u0159\u00e1teli nebo rodinou; je to hlavn\u011b probl\u00e9m komunikace. Pot\u00ed\u017ee s vyjad\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00edm sebe sama a porozum\u011bn\u00edm ostatn\u00edm, v\u0161echny tyto pot\u00ed\u017ee jsou zp\u016fsobeny na\u0161\u00edm zp\u016fsobem my\u0161len\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Tento zp\u016fsob my\u0161len\u00ed zvy\u0161uje obt\u00ed\u017enost p\u00e9\u010de o sebe sama a zvy\u0161uje p\u0159ecitliv\u011blost. A tato p\u0159ecitliv\u011blost zp\u016fsobuje, \u017ee v\u011bci kolem n\u00e1s jsou rozmazan\u00e9. Nejsme schopni se soust\u0159edit, b\u00fdt si v\u011bdomi, rozum\u011bt v\u011bcem nebo m\u00edt jasno v tom, co d\u011bl\u00e1me. Obvykle jsme po ka\u017ed\u00e9 diskusi s n\u011bk\u00fdm smutn\u00ed, bereme v\u011bci p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 v\u00e1\u017en\u011b; hlavn\u011b kv\u016fli t\u00e9to p\u0159ecitliv\u011blosti, kter\u00e1 n\u00e1s p\u0159et\u011b\u017euje.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Psychiat\u0159i n\u011bkdy vysv\u011btluj\u00ed \u201edepresi\u201c jako situaci, kdy je n\u00e1\u0161 \u201edomov\u201c zcela zni\u010den zem\u011bt\u0159esen\u00edm. Kdy\u017e k tomu dojde, nem\u00e1me nad ni\u010d\u00edm kontrolu a n\u00e1\u0161 domov je pot\u00e9 zcela zni\u010den. Mus\u00edme ho krok za krokem pomalu znovu budovat, stejn\u011b jako na\u0161e zdrav\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Deprese m\u016f\u017ee tak\u00e9 vyvol\u00e1vat dojem, \u017ee n\u00e1m n\u011bco chyb\u00ed&#8230; \u017ee jsme neust\u00e1le otr\u00e1ven\u00ed. Nap\u0159\u00edklad bychom mohli cht\u00edt zm\u011bnit sv\u00e9 my\u0161len\u00ed t\u00edm, \u017ee pojedeme na dovolenou, nadechneme se \u010derstv\u00e9ho vzduchu, pobav\u00edme se, setk\u00e1me se s p\u0159\u00e1teli, budeme pa\u0159it a budeme si myslet, \u017ee se m\u016f\u017eeme soust\u0159edit na n\u011bco jin\u00e9ho ne\u017e na sv\u016fj probl\u00e9m.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Probl\u00e9m je v tom, \u017ee p\u0159\u00e1tel\u00e9 nebo rodinn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00edci mohou b\u00fdt n\u00e1pomocn\u00ed \u201e<em>pokud\u201c<\/em> ji\u017e v\u011bd\u00ed, jak reagovat na tento aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed du\u0161evn\u00ed stav; pokud maj\u00ed n\u011bjak\u00e9 \u0161kolen\u00ed nebo znalosti v oblasti psychiatrie a depresivn\u00edch poruch.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>V z\u00e1sad\u011b n\u00e1m v takov\u00e9m stavu mohou skute\u010dn\u011b pomoci nebo poradit pouze l\u00e9ka\u0159i nebo zdravotnick\u00fd person\u00e1l. I rodinn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00edci mohou m\u00edt n\u011bkdy velk\u00e9 pot\u00ed\u017ee s poskytnut\u00edm pomoci. Obecn\u011b je lep\u0161\u00ed, aby v takov\u00e9 situaci zas\u00e1hl n\u011bkdo mimo rodinu nebo okruh p\u0159\u00e1tel, nap\u0159\u00edklad l\u00e9ka\u0159, psychiatr nebo psycholog.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>U\u010ditel\u00e9 mindfulness n\u011bkdy vysv\u011btluj\u00ed tento \u201ep\u0159\u00edstup\u201c pomoc\u00ed p\u0159edstaven\u00ed sklenice napln\u011bn\u00e9 vodou, na jej\u00edm\u017e dn\u011b se nach\u00e1z\u00ed \u201eprach\u201c. Pokud sklenic\u00ed zat\u0159eseme, voda se n\u00e1hle zcela zakal\u00ed a ztmavne, proto\u017ee se prach ve vod\u011b rozv\u00ed\u0159\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Kdy\u017e jsme v depresi, m\u016f\u017eeme na\u0161i mysl p\u0159irovnat k t\u00e9to sklenici vody, kter\u00e1 je zcela zakalen\u00e1; na\u0161e mysl se st\u00e1v\u00e1 zaml\u017eenou a nejsme schopni se na nic soust\u0159edit.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Lid\u00e9 mohou od depresivn\u00edch lid\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dat cokoli, ale oni budou m\u00edt velk\u00e9 pot\u00ed\u017ee n\u011bco \u0159\u00edct nebo ud\u011blat. Nen\u00ed to jejich vina.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Kdy\u017e jsme v depresi, nem\u016f\u017eeme d\u011blat moc v\u011bc\u00ed, krom\u011b toho, \u017ee se o sebe postar\u00e1me.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Kdy\u017e m\u00e1 n\u011bkdo zdravotn\u00ed probl\u00e9m, m\u011bli bychom si uv\u011bdomit, \u017ee v z\u00e1vislosti na tom, jak dlouho ji\u017e trv\u00e1, m\u016f\u017ee \u00fapln\u00e9 uzdraven\u00ed trvat dlouhou dobu.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>N\u011bkdy trv\u00e1 nejm\u00e9n\u011b \u0161est m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f, n\u011bkdy dokonce i roky, ne\u017e se z tohoto probl\u00e9mu \u00fapln\u011b zotav\u00edte, proto\u017ee nem\u00e1te nic pod kontrolou; va\u0161e t\u011blo se z toho mus\u00ed vzpamatovat.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Od za\u010d\u00e1tku pandemie COVID se situace je\u0161t\u011b zhor\u0161ila kv\u016fli dlouhodob\u00fdm p\u0159\u00edznak\u016fm COVID. Na\u0161e zdrav\u00ed je dnes je\u0161t\u011b k\u0159eh\u010d\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Je to velmi obt\u00ed\u017en\u00fd okam\u017eik, proto\u017ee se chceme okam\u017eit\u011b c\u00edtit l\u00e9pe a obecn\u011b jsme netrp\u011bliv\u00ed. Kdy\u017e jsme v depresi, je pro n\u00e1s t\u011b\u017e\u0161\u00ed b\u00fdt trp\u011bliv\u00ed, ale \u010d\u00edm v\u00edce jsme aktivn\u00ed, ani\u017e bychom se o sebe starali, t\u00edm v\u00edce sklenici t\u0159eseme a t\u00edm v\u00edce se jej\u00ed obsah zakaluje.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>M\u016f\u017ee to b\u00fdt za\u010darovan\u00fd kruh; proto pot\u0159ebujeme pomoc l\u00e9ka\u0159\u016f, abychom se z tohoto \u201etemn\u00e9ho prostoru\u201c dostali. Jinak to m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt velmi obt\u00ed\u017en\u00e9. Obvykle se st\u00e1v\u00e1me p\u0159ecitliv\u011bl\u00fdmi na v\u0161echno, \u201ep\u0159\u00edli\u0161 kritick\u00fdmi\u201c v\u016f\u010di sob\u011b sam\u00fdm, v neust\u00e1l\u00e9m cyklu \u201eosobn\u00edho odsuzov\u00e1n\u00ed\u201c, nemilujeme sami sebe a m\u00e1me st\u00e1le v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed pot\u00ed\u017ee s ostatn\u00edmi.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>V takov\u00fdch chv\u00edl\u00edch m\u00e1me tendenci p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161let, a to zejm\u00e9na v noci. Dobr\u00fdm \u0159e\u0161en\u00edm je m\u00edt u postele pap\u00edr a tu\u017eku, abychom si mohli zapsat, co n\u00e1s v noci napadlo. Je to u\u017eite\u010dn\u00e9 pro n\u00e1s samotn\u00e9 i pro psychiatry, aby pochopili v\u00fdznam t\u011bchto sn\u016f, proto\u017ee sny jsou projevem na\u0161eho podv\u011bdom\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Je tak\u00e9 d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 si uv\u011bdomit, \u017ee kdy\u017e m\u00e1me probl\u00e9m s p\u0159\u00edli\u0161n\u00fdm \u201eegem\u201c, kter\u00e9 se neust\u00e1le to\u010d\u00ed v kruhu, m\u016f\u017eeme si uv\u011bdomit, \u017ee na\u0161e mysl se obecn\u011b zasek\u00e1v\u00e1 ve dvou kategori\u00edch my\u0161lenek, kter\u00e9 lze definovat jako \u201ev\u017edy j\u00e1\u201c nebo \u201enikdy j\u00e1\u201c.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Na\u0161e ego v\u0161e zachycuje a neust\u00e1le to obrac\u00ed v n\u00e1\u0161 prosp\u011bch nebo proti n\u00e1m. M\u011bl by to b\u00fdt n\u011bkdo zven\u010d\u00ed.)<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Nuda je okam\u017eik, kdy se mus\u00edme rozhodnout, zda z\u016fstaneme sami a nebudeme nic d\u011blat. N\u011bkdy \u0159\u00edk\u00e1me, \u017ee lid\u00e9 <em>pot\u0159ebuj\u00ed<\/em> spole\u010densk\u00fd \u017eivot; je to n\u011bco, co m\u00e1me zak\u00f3dov\u00e1no v genech; bez toho nedok\u00e1\u017eeme \u017e\u00edt.
