Dette andet aspekt er mere komplekst, da det afh\u00e6nger af mange parametre, der afg\u00f8r, om en bakterie betragtes som &quot;god&quot; eller &quot;d\u00e5rlig&quot;.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n<p>Hvis vi fokuserer p\u00e5 <strong>d\u00e5rlige bakterier<\/strong>, er det vigtigt at forst\u00e5, at uanset hvad vi g\u00f8r for at reducere dem, vil der altid v\u00e6re nogle tilbage. Selv hvis vi g\u00f8r vores bedste for at reducere d\u00e5rlige bakterier, vil de godt nok blive f\u00e6rre, men nogle vil altid vende tilbage til vores tarme, uanset hvad vi g\u00f8r.<\/p>\n\n\n<p><strong>Prebiotika<\/strong> og <strong>probiotika<\/strong> er typer af f\u00f8devarer, der hj\u00e6lper med at udvikle gode bakterier i vores tarme.<br>Vores tarme indeholder millioner eller milliarder af bakterier. Disse typer f\u00f8devarer er kendt for at have en positiv indflydelse p\u00e5 bakterierne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Prebiotika<\/strong> har en indirekte indflydelse, idet de fremmer dannelsen af gode bakterier.<br>Prebiotika findes i: cikorie, jordskok, m\u00e6lkeb\u00f8tteblade, hvidl\u00f8g, porre, l\u00f8g, asparges, hvedeklid, fuldkornsmel og r\u00e5 banan.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Probiotika<\/strong> har en direkte indflydelse p\u00e5 tilstedev\u00e6relsen af gode bakterier.<br>Probiotika findes i: surk\u00e5l, alle typer yoghurt, misosuppe og surdejsbr\u00f8d.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<p>De originale b\u00f8ger fra &#8220;Giulia&#8221;
