That\u2019s when it\u2019s essential to be careful\u2014and to visit an eye care professional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2) Use Protective Glasses<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The best protection for the eyes is wearing <strong>glasses<\/strong> or <strong>sunglasses<\/strong>.
