About Me
My name is Loïc. I am a French guy living in the United Kingdom, working as a senior IT professional and studying computer science.
This website was created to share information about health, sustainability, and art.
Personal History
After experiencing a serious health issue, I started looking for practical ways to improve my health and well-being, particularly during the COVID pandemic while living in the UK.
I finished First Aid training. I'm not a medical expert, but I wanted to share "Advice" and "Resource"; Basically, because it's proactive and beneficial for everyone.
